After hearing so much about speed dating from friends I thought I'd give it a try. It was so much easier than I expected, everyone was so polite, friendly, bubbly and it wasn't intense at all. The atmosphere was really awesome and really opened up conversations. The location was good too central, I really enjoyed meeting people from all over Auckland. I though 5 minutes was a long time but found that actually it went by so quick! Guess time does fly when your having fun. I loved that you could also match people as friends also! Nice! I will definitely go again

Thanks so much for organising the event last Thursday night. I really enjoyed it. Over the years I have been to a number of dating and speed dating events and I have to say that this was the best night that I've ever had at an event like this, particularly because it was a christian event.

I recently attended a Kringles Speed-dating event and while I went into it not knowing what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised. Artemis and William are wonderful hosts who create a warm and welcoming environment for all. They encourage people to chat and the whole event is friendly and relaxed. The actual structure of the speed-dating part worked really well getting to chat to each person of the other gender for five minutes. I thought it might be awkward and uncomfortable but the time flew by and it was a lot of fun. The worksheets for note-taking and question prompts (if you needed them) on the tables were very helpful. I'm so glad that someone has finally started this business specifically for Christians. This is a great opportunity and for it to be fully embraced and supported by the church would be amazing. I can't wait to see the future of Kringles and the many happy stories it will produce.

About Kringles

Our purpose is to introduce Kringles (Kiwi Christian singles) to one another in a fun and relaxed space, opening up the opportunity for them to make new friends or meet someone special. 

Kringles events provide a positive environment for single Christians to mix and mingle, and possibly match with other like minded believers of all ages. So if you are in your 20’s, 30’s, 40’s, or 50+ and single, and would like to meet a Christian friend or partner, try one of our Kringles events!

The expectation is that Kringles will have a genuine relationship with Jesus and are sincerely seeking others at our events who also share this foundation. 

The friendly staff and volunteers at Kringles events are dedicated to making sure you feel welcomed and taken care of, and that everyone has a great time. We look forward to meeting you soon!
